I would highly recommend staying here. The property is well maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nice buffet breakfast and an amazing roof top bar. Furthermore, the hotel is centrally located in Hanoi, walking distance to the lake, near most tourist sites, and in the heart of the shopping and eating spots. Totally enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Hanoi for location and convenience but be aware the elevator does not service all floors. There’s a flight of stairs to the entrance and one flight for restaurant and two for the rooftop bar. Great helpful staff!

This is little Gem in the heart of Hanoi's bustling old quarter that provides a place of tranquilty from the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff worked tirelessly to make you feel welcome, ensuring your time was memorable. The roof top bar provides fantastic night scapes, with MIA's restaurant below for some delicous cuisne - if your after something simpilar - just outside there is amazing street food. Would definitely come back again.

Our check in was quick and she was excellent at explaining all the amenities available. She booked us an airport shuttle for the next morning and provided a take away breakfast. Rooms were small but clean. The hotel is older and shows some wear but close to lots of shops and restaurants and the lake. The rooftop bar was fun for a couple of refreshments Good for an overnighter.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fancy, and convenient. Staff is always attentive, helpful, and kind. They provided us useful information on areas to shop/eat. They even helped arrange transportation to our next destination (Sapa). The hotel is very close to many shops and restaurants. It’s also very walkable to Old Quarter and the Hanoi Lake Kiem. If you’re there on the weekends, it’s close to the night market that opens during the weekend (very walkable).
