"The bedding was amazing really comfortable. Room was nice size and clean, Overall one of the better overnight stays I have had the experience of."

"Good location and great that WiFi and breakfast is included; however, the toilet in the room wouldn’t flush properly. There were holes in the curtains and there was stuff stuck in the carpet. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. I probably would stay here again but compared to the last time I stayed, I think it’s gone down hill a bit."

"Overall the experience was just okay. breakfast was busy again adequate, lots of better options at this price point, parking was discounted down to £15 for 24 hours which was good."

"Hotel and staff are excellent staff very friendly if I was to say anything I would replace the mattress seemed worn and lumpy."

"It was okay. The room was clean, I booked a room some weeks ago, but I was surprised when I got there and they didn't have a room allocated and scrambled to find a vacant room so a bit disorganised. The outside structure of where I stayed needed some desperate TLC. But quite satisfied with my room."

"Don’t be put off by the low price. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Compares very favourably with a Premier Inn."

"Hotel looks beautiful on entrance, modern and welcoming. The rooms are clean and very spacious with comfortable beds but the showers need attention - no pressure at all - I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair and the temperature kept going up and down often burning us. Conveniently located near to bars, restaurants and for visiting events at the arena. The parking is limited and expensive. Reception weren't overly friendly and we queued for some time to check in. Generally recommend for...

"Rooms could have been a bit cleaner but for the price I'm not going to complain. Staff were friendly. Hotel was ideal place this be able to get around city. Can't comment on food cos we neither had any or saw anyone else having any, can say the latte was lovely though."

"Lovely room, lovely location would recommend. But i'm just not sure what it's like on a weekend , whether it's too noisy in the week was fine"

"Just 10/10 Everything you want all in one place 11/10 if you play golf me and my partner dont but just love the place. Beautiful surroundings friendly staff and the Beds so comfy for a good night's sleep."

"This is a very nice place for stay. The room was very comfortable and spotless. All facilities was great. High recommended."

"Excellent proximity to Utilita Arena. Room was nice and quiet. I would like to have had a bright centre light for when getting ready as just having lamps made it quite dark. Bathroom could do with either updating or a little TLC."

"I booked a feature room, which was outstanding. Took my entire team here for a celebration. The hotel is beyond exceptional, and staff can't do enough for you. A few things to note the sauna and steam room are both cold. They need to do something about this for guests. I spent over £3000 with the five rooms that were booked. It would be nice if this was recognised, being such a big booking and the additional spent on treatments. The surroundings were just beautiful and the massage I...
