"The TV remote didn't work for the first couple of days we had to wait for maintenance breakfast not to much of a selection"

"We had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary. The Mill is excellently placed for the City centre, 5 minutes walk & you're in the shopping area. The staff were all friendly. "A lovely historic hotel in a splendid setting."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good."

"Check-in was terrible, they won't let us check-in because THEY cannot find a payment record from hotels.com It took quite a while and they did not even say sorry or compensate for how long it took even though it's their fault in the first place."

"Lovely hotel for a quick trip to Wales celebrating our mums 86th birthday. Loved the history and, though somewhat dated, the rooms were comfortable."
