"After reading some reviews prior to my stay, I had concerns. I found this hotel to be clean. The parking garage next to the hotel was very convenient. The free shuttle across from the hotel was awesome. The breakfast was amazing each day. Naquan at the front desk was very helpful. I gave 4 stars due to no bath towels when we arrived and no refill of coffee in the room the following day. I would definitely stay here on my next visit. Restaurants and attractions are nearby."

"We loved our stay. This was our third time staying at Ainsonbourgh Inn. They are doing renovation on the building but that was not a problem for us. The location is very convenient and walkable. We love the building and the helpful and friendly staff. We plan to stay here on our next trip to Charleston. "

"Everyone at Charleston Place was fantastic warm and accommodating. Roosevelt helped made sure our luggage was safe and secure, the front desk people that we got the right room, the housekeeper lady that we had everything, the restaurant servers as well wonderful and so were all the valet guys. "We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was very nice and clean - lots of towels and amenities. We did have to go down at 8am to save chairs, but it’s like that at all resorts it seems. Our room was nice, it was clean and quiet. We brought our small dog and there were lots of nice paths to take him on walks. We did not eat at the resort, but the facilities looked nice. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but who we did see was pretty nice. We would come back for sure. "

"The Tides is situated right on the beach. Great views from all of the rooms. Nice restaurant on site. The staff was exceptional. Very welcoming and attentive. The room was good. Clean and plenty of room. The slider doors are older. Didn’t slide very well and the UV protection film bubbled here and there. But overall, great place to stay. Walkable to several good restaurants. Easy drive to Charleston and the airport. "
