"Reception staff was very polite and friendly. However in the room, the tables and lamps were dusty, bathroom was dusty and unkept (I saw 3 spiders). There were no trash cans in the room or bathroom. We did a bit of cleaning and improvising on first day. "

The room itself was okay, but there were a few cleanliness concerns, including crumbs on the floor and the tub not being completely clean. I also had an issue with the iron burning a hole in my shirt, even though it was set on the linen setting at the lowest temperature. Other than those concerns, the overall stay was okay."
