"Could not sleep at all due to extremely noisy ac which could not be adjusted or turned off. It blasted cold air thru the room. Small room. Staff could not offer any remedy. Recommend against staying for all customers. Plenty of hotels in the same price range offer superior accommodations"

"This was hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long while. Immediately at check in, you’re greeted with a smiling and helpful face. The rooms are so clean and so well done. I loved the carafes and hallway bar area to fill up water and availability of complimentary tea and coffee. So incredibly thought out. Drew was the friendliest, he was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I wish there were more people in customer service like Drew. The valet staff was above and beyond and the entire experience when traveling for work was incredibly welcoming. Would definitely stay here and recommend."

"The water faucet in the sink barely worked. There was a pungent smell in our room (330). My moms room also had a terrible smell that was different than our room when we checked in.The pool area needed be maintained better. None of the bars that were advertised on the website opened during the entire stay. The staff was great and the best thing about the hotel. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and hospitable."
