"The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. I went through with it and received the deposit refund within a week of checking out. Turned out fine, even though it was a little odd. Last thing-pay for parking onsite. It is worth the convenience."

"We booked this hotel only for the purpose to use their pool for my son and two friends to swim for his 15th birthday. The pool advertised as a heated pool. I called the front desk and asked them if something needed to be done to heat the pool and they said it wasn’t heated at this time. When booking it doesn’t say only heated from this month to this month. The pool had to have been 50 degrees. So we had to make other arrangements and they didn’t do anything to make it right. Lesson learned next time we will book at the dury hotel"
