The room was spotless and beautiful and all the staff we interacted with ( from front desk to concierge to housekeeping) were wonderful and helpful. My only complaint would be the fact that there was NO coffeepot in the room! Having to get dressed and go to the main floor and stand in line to buy ...

Great location and overall good experience. The dining options are excellent, and the room was large and comfortable. However, the bathrooms were not clean, and the shower was terrible. I can share pictures if needed.
