"Good stay no real complaints. Hotel is a bit dated and I didn’t feel like it was really a 5-star hotel, but there are different levels to 5-star hotels and for the price it was fine. Gym is lacking for sure. Indoor pool and sauna was decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Luckily I speak Spanish and can survive with my basic Portuguese as well because most of the staff does not speak English which again for a 5-stat hotel I thought was a bit unusual, but that is how Brazil mostly is and nothing against the staff they were all very nice. The location is nice. I was there for Christmas Eve and they had a nice buffet with all you can eat and drink included plus live music. The food options were plentiful and good quality. The breakfast buffet was ok. The food menu for lunch was just ok. The rooms were decent, clean and nice big bed. For the price I paid I would stay again. It was significantly less money than many of the other 5-star hotels in Sao Paulo. "
