"Great hotel and staff couldn’t be more helpful. The booking was not booked correctly via Expedia and it was incorrectly booked the day after we arrived. However when we got there, the staff at reception sorted it straight away and the next day even arranged a complimentary upgrade for my partners birthday. The amenities are all very new and it is easy to get into central Taormina by bus or taxi in c. 10-20 mins"

"Quartos EXELENTES , novos , modernos , banheiros limpos modernos, lugar em cima da montanha, n tem nada perto , mas o hotel é no meio da natureza, estacionamento incluso , e equipe de funcionários muito educados "

"Professional Staff and property beautiful. Nice size room with a view. As a gold member of Expedia, we did not get a room upgrade or bottle of wine daily. But had a good time"

"Best hotel ever. It is beautiful. Everything is provided, including things you never knew you needed! I literally cannot praise this hotel enough. We will be returning without a doubt."

"The property is beautiful. The rooms were charming. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Food was excellent and the service was great. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Already looking to book another trip for next year. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"Staff were amazing"

"This hotel basically is 5 stars. I’m giving it 4 because our room was on street level and very noisy at times. The staff deserves 10 stars."
