Syrakus and the medeterrian sea is near by (about 12km)by car, you can see it from balkony at backside.At the balkony you can sit. You get a free parking area befor or behind the house. If you have some wishes, spoke to the owner, they are very helpful. They can organize a transfer to come form airport and back. We was there for two weeks and we will come back.Wifi is for free. "Feltétel nélkül ajánlani tudjuk ezt a szállást annak, aki Ortigiába érkezik. A város szívében van, minden pár perc gyaloglással elérhető: éttermek, reggelizőhelyek, boltok, látnivalók, óriási a választék. Hangulatos, szépen gondozott a szállás, tiszta minden. Az alkalmazottak kommunikatívak és segítőkészek. Egy dolog hiányzott csak, hogy nincs lift, kézben kellett felcipelni a bőröndöket a második emeletre, de ha ez nehézséget okoz, a recepciós örömmel segít."

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered recommendations for the area as well as nearby towns to visit. Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her....

"Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking."

"Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! "
