"The hotel is in a perfect location to be visiting the city. It is a beautiful building. Serena one of the wait staff was very helpful and everybody in the restaurant was extremely friendly and professional. The only thing that may detract was they allow smoking in the lobby area. This is our second time staying there and loved it. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff speaks English which is helpful."

"Room was great. The staff was most helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Eventhough there was a blackout the rooms were air conditioned. Would have like a more extensive gym. Would reccomend it highly."
