"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

"If you are looking for old-world charm, this fabulous hotel has it in spades. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is the rule. Breakfast was fabulous and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink after a night out. At first the neighborhood seemed a bit on the gritty side, but that seems to be much less of an issue after we got the hang of things and were more comfortable. We think...

"イタリアのホテルらしく水場は古いけど、部屋は清潔。ルーフトップレストランの眺めが素晴らしかった。クアトロクァンティや彫刻広場が見えた。"

"The location was wonderful. A great balcony looking over park and restaurants. A very active area but quiet. We slept very well. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend and we will return to Kala rooms."

"Driving in Palermo is a challenge! Finding the facility can be a challenge too . Use the next door parking place. Amazing host and staff. If we come to Palermo again we will definitely stay there!"

"Excellent location right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and right across the street from Teatro Massimo di Palermo. The rooms are beautiful and the hallways decorated with paintings and sculptures. Only negative was the limited check-in time which ends at 7:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early. Otherwise, highly recommended!"

"Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags."

"Noise was intolerable until midnight! Also most Americans are not used to putting all used toilet tissue in a toilet-side container."

"Great stay at Dimora Bellini. Room was lovely and very comfortable with everything I needed. Rubina was a wonderful host and made me feel so welcome. Location is great if you want to be right in the middle of the action."
