The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, especially Anas,Turki and Abdullah, who were outstanding and always happy to help with anything.The kitchen workers were also very kind and helpful, and the room cleaning service was excellent. "Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were truly wonderful! This was my first stay here, and I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for Asian Umrah and Hajj travellers. A special thank you to Majed, who thoughtfully brought us chairs while we were waiting for our transport. His kindness was greatly appreciated, especially as I was juggling several bags, including my laundry. Small gestures like this made our stay even more pleasant."
