The lifts are broken lights in the reception wires are hanging down. The hotel is going through hardship I must say charging £523 for 3 nights in this is a joke. Ended up keeping the room and booking a room at rotana Al Manakha for £500 for 3 nights which had the Haram view.

The best thing about hotel is that it is 2 minutes walk from Mosque but Masjid Nisa is on opposite side. The staff is really helpful and pleasant. Although building is old with some defects (locker not working, door lock broken) but they have all the amenities.

I had a great stay and the best time. The staff are super nice. The room was nice and well stocked with toiletries and amenities. The location can't be beat. It is SO convenient to walk to wherever you want to go. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so welcoming to me as a visiting Canadian. I really felt safe and happy here.

Room reeked of smoke despite it being labeled non-smoking. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years—full of stains and dirt. The bathroom wasn’t any better. But it was close to Madina Sharif.

I stayed at this hotel from March 9 to 15, 2025, and it was excellent value for money. The living conditions were very comfortable, with free Wi-Fi, a TV, an iron, a hairdryer, a fridge, a locker, cupboards, and air conditioning. The washroom was also clean and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the housekeeping service. Special thanks to Rubel Mia and his supervisor, Rehaan, who took great care of us. They personally visited our room to check if we needed anything and ensured we were well accommodated. The location is another major advantage. For males, it takes only a three-minute walk to enter the Holy Mosque. Overall, I really appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Stayed three nights and liked it. Masjid An-Nabawi is very close with a short walking distance. Some services and staff were excellent. Of particular, Md. Shahidul Islam of housekeeping was amazing and even though he was always busy, tried best to make me feel home- that I really appreciated. We had a little baby with us and Mr. Shaihidul's cooperation and support made it easy for me, thanks to him. Rubel Mia and Mohammad Rayhan were also very nice, cordial and supportive. Mr. Mozammel at the front desk/concierge was kind to arrange a nice ride for my travel to mecca. I will be happy to return to this hotel, in particular to meet these wonder staff and enjoy their services.

Property undergoing reception area renovation which makes the reception area poorly accessible with construction related dust permeating the entrance. Old, less than clean, carpet in corridors. Rooms are clean and AC is excellent while temp outside runs at 110-120 degrees.
