"Great experience, spacious room, most facility are at the asagna's Phuket which you need to take a shuttle to get there, but if you are going with your extended family, the villa would be a good choice. Kids are happy with having swimming pool attached to the villa, the playroom is not a huge one but it's right next to the restaurant, if you have kids you will know how helpful that can be for you to start your day. "Our stay in the Jantra was absolutely amazing. We had the luck to be upgraded to a much bigger room which even came with its own Christmas tree! The hotel is located within the Pukhet Country Club which makes it very quiet but also a bit remote. You will definitely need a transport to get anywhere, which can be arranged by the hotel or you just call a cab with Bolt/Grab. The owners are very forthcoming. Communication is done via messenger to reduce contact during Covid but they reply even at odd...

"The front desk was unfriendly and didn't speak any English. The "restaurant" is all Chinese food even the breakfast and it was gross food. The AC unit barely worked so our room was so hot! Terrible location with no shopping or dining or beach around. Had to taxi everywhere but there are no taxis around so you have to ask the front desk to call one and it's the same guy everytime and he's expensive."

"We stayed in small 2 bedroom unit. Had all we needed including washing machine, dinner setting, cutlery, pots and pans. Pool outside room with small balcony. Booked through TropicLook, was advised we needed to pay electricity, but told agent this was not advised when booked. Told we had a limit of 20KW per day. Stayed 14 days didn't use all power.
