My one comment is that we were charged an additional cleaning fee and when we arrived in the room, there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest and the shower could have been cleaner. Mildew came off the shower door when water was running. Other than that, the stay was great. Would stay again!"

"The hotel is in an excellent, walkable location. It's not quiet--NYC is a very noisy city! There is a 24 hour doorman and front desk which made it feel safe. The furniture in the living area of our executive junior sutie was a bit worn. The style of the sofa caused the cushions to slide out when you sat down. It was otherwise quite comfortable. The windows only opened about 3 inches, and the cooling system/fan seemed to make the room warmer. I tend to get too hot at night so that was a...
