"I asked for a smoking room the young lady wouldn’t try to accommodate at all. Our keys wouldn’t work when my husband went down to get help Kelly was extremely rude and didn’t want to assist. Also, there was NO WAY to heat up food or drink in the entire hotel. Had an incredible experience the first time visiting so we decided to come back but was dissatisfied this time around."

"ok place to stay"

"Hidden gem"

"Room was more than adequate, not sensational but clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Ocean tower while the others we were with stayed in the Rendevous tower which appeared more updated. There was a $20 upcharge per day to stay there if we so chose. We were able to call ahead to get into the room a little earlier than 5PM which was good. We self parked but getting out req’d scanning an image, a little annoying Casino did not have enough blackjack tables. In addition, table minimums were $25...
