"I think for any NYC hotel you have to go in expecting the rooms to be tiny and a little underwhelming for the price. Going in with that expectation, I really enjoyed my stay here! (lol). The bed was comfy, shower had extremely good water pressure, great window and natural light, and location was good for my purposes. I would stay again!"
"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
"Very clean and well maintained for an old hotel. The beds were very very comfortable! We were able to walk to the theater district/Times Square or the subway is right on the corner if we were going farther. Would definitely recommend. "
"It is an absolutely outstanding location close to Time Square but not too close. Great access to subways and all the great restaurants and shops and everything else on ninth Avenue. It was quiet with the exception that the air conditioner was a little loud. We will stay there again. "
"We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was convenient. Would be nice if there was a morning coffee bar. Bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. I did wipe a small spill on the floor the and saw that the floor was quite dirty. I do like that it is a hard surface as opposed to carpet. Would recommend a wet mop of some sort more often of the floor. "
"I like the hotel , everything was super easy I loved the bed. It is a great place to stay … the only thing is that I asked for cleaning room service and 100 usd dollars were stolen from my bag inside my wallet.
