The bottle of hand soap in the bathroom was attached to the back wall, which my kids could not reach. So while they are old enough to use the toilet by themselves, every time they needed to wash their hands, we had to pump soap onto our hands and transfer to their hands.

"Great hotel with a nice size room. Area is away from hustle and bustle from Times Square. 5 minutes walk from Penn station. 2 minutes walk from nearest subway(Herald square) The free breakfast is ok we just had toast on the days we used it . Free tea and coffee available all day till 6pm. Staff were great & really helpful when we needed them. Room was cleaned daily. The only negative to cleaning we had is the air vents on the ceiling in the room for air conditioning were absolutely full of dust....
