I had 3 rooms booked and had a case of water, birthday cake l, bags of snacks, a case of sodas and a box of alcohol plus some 12 packs of seltzers. We were 3 women and were told we had to carry it as we weren’t allowed to used the cart. There was too much for one trip. Completely unacceptable. I’ll never stay here again."
