"Right from our arrival the staff took care of us. Buffet closed at 10pm and we arrived at 945. They took us to the buffet and told us not to worry, our bags would be in our room. As the week went on we enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. Lots of great activities to do at the resort including local drink making, art, yoga, tai chi, meditation, exercise classes, tile decorating. Food was outstanding. "Beautiful spot. Really beautifully designed hotel tucked in a corner with lovely views out to the ocean. Amenities were all modern and top quality. The food was fine. Our room was very nice, but the comments about no privacy around the bathroom area are very true. The service was generally very good, with only a few odd exceptions. The spa was also lovely and we not enjoyed our services. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This was possibly our best hotel experience ever. It was my husband's 50th birthday and management helped to make it truly special.The hotel room and facilities were stunning. The Cliff Bay is very well located, on a beautiful bay a few minutes walk away from the port area (I would recommend this distance away from the cruise ships). We enjoyed a couple of meals from room service (best burger ever...and we've tried many). On the opposite side of the scale, the Il Gallo D'Oro Michelin experience...

"We love Porto Mare and have stayed a few times before. The facilities are great and the staff are very welcoming! The breakfast buffet is the BEST! This time we bought the three dinners at Atlantida restaurant, all of which we fab but the fish and seafood night was the highlight! Our room was clean and had a lovely view over the gardens We’ll be back in 2026 :)"
