"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...

"We loved our stay at sentido! The only thing to be warned about is the parking situation. There is not much parking available, and most spots you need to pay for parking."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Gorgeous outdoor pool amongst the vines (a tad cold in March but as the Brits always say ‘it’s fine once you’re in’!), plus an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Amazing views, great breakfast, and a nice restaurant just down the hill. Recommend the free activities - we did the wine tasting and the poncha making."

"propre mais très désuet. Manque d'entretien à tous les niveaux, nous n'avons pas utilisez la piscine(pas chauffée) et les spas mais aucune serviette à disposition pour ceux-ci. Emplacement quand même isolée et tranquille. Le personnel est très gentil. Le buffet bon mais pas wow, pas beaucoup de choix. Les quantités ne sont pas très grande non plus. Wifi disponible et de bonne qualité"

"Beautiful property with an excellent layout. Staff and service were impeccable. We enjoyed several restaurants including Pau de Lume and Nikkei on premises. We also enjoyed massages and use of the immense Laurea Spa. We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, comfortable rooms with an amazing breakfast buffet. Views from rooms where amazing. Close to airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated and pool area could use a refresh but overall a great stay. This made our canceled flight experience a bit better :-)"

"Das Personal war sehr vorzukommend und hat soweit wie möglich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung in Sao Vicente. Nach einem aufregenden Tag konnte man gut z.B. am Pool und im Whirlpool abschalten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch. Ein großes Lob ans Hotel für die schöne Atmosphäre und das Feeling."

The location was perfect! There were lots of very good restaurants nearby and a shopping mall 2mins walk from the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family."
