Special mention to Samson from the front desk for being so nice and accommodating when we told him we are celebrating our daughter’s birthday during our stay. Kudos to all the staff! "We were upgraded to an ocean view room, which was great! However, instead of a sofa sleeper, we had a "chair" sleeper, which was very uncomfortable for my grandson. It was very rough and needed some type of mattress cover/pad, not just a sheet. Also, it would be nice if there was another less expensive breakfast option other than Starbucks.
