"Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

"We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 5 days then switched to Lotte Guam. We have to say Lotte has lots of room to improve their service. 1. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive.
