"The outside of the condos could use a good pressure wash/coat of paint to match the cleanliness of the inside. Inside the condo and hotel were spotless. My family enjoyed the hotel pool and riding the electric scooters available to rent. Bowling was fun too. Hotel staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait staff in the restaurants could use a little more training. We tried multiple restaurants in the hotel and the service was not...

"I didn't get a room. I went to a different hotel right from the start. Says in their contract and online that it's ONLY $100 DEPOSIT but the big guy at the front said he wanted $200 so I dipped out quick!! Also he wasnt very happy, hospitable, kind or helpful. I asked him to contact his manager and most managers live in their own hotels here in Guam so its NOT HARD to get ahold of them. He was just being lazy. So 2 star or 1 star rating from me. Sorry maybe next time if you hire someone more...

"The spaciousness of the room as well as its cleanliness. Being it’s a golf resort and the clubhouse was in a separate building, there was little to no foot traffic and minimal noise. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was not operational which attributed to the 4-star rating. "

"Room did not appear to have gone through a complete refresh, a worn wash cloth was on the bed in an odd location, the bathroom ammenities did not appear to have been replaced a tooth brush had already been opened. Ice and water machines on many floors were not working I was on the 6th floor and ice and water only working on 3, 8 or 9. but with the discount I got through Expedia it was still a good value."

"It feels as though this hotel is just hanging on. No hot water for several days, despite daily visits to the front desk. Escalator from upper lobby to lower main entrance is inoperative. Windows in my room leaked moderately in blowing rain. Internet very slow. You could tell this was once a nice property. No more, as it needs some investment. "

"チェックイン時間の15時にホテル行ったが清掃が終わってなくてチェックインできず30分待ったあとチェックインでき部屋に行ったらまだ清掃中だったフロントに戻ったら清掃済みの部屋変えてもらったけどり予約時の部屋寄り狭く元の部屋に変えて欲しい行ったけどもう他の人がチェックインしたから無理と言われた。 散々待った挙句部屋が狭くなって雨漏れもしてて災厄でした。"
