"I was very satisfied with the service, room was very clean fresh towels and bedding. I will book with hotel again."

"The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming."

"Was there for a nine day stay. House keeping regularly forgot to refill amenities. Had to call front desk almost daily for something. Men and women’s public restrooms had broken toilets. No sign of any repairs being done. Hotel staff performed outstanding during typhoon to ensure safety and as much support to customers as possible. Maybe hotel should consider opening dining area for dinner during contingencies. Walking to Dusit Thani for one dining source was limiting as it was at an expensive...

"The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances."

"It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at."

"Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really"

"AC was not working when we arrived. They tried to send some in to fix it but it did not work. We slept in a hot room for a few days and they didn’t transfer rooms for us. Front desk was not helpful In trying to at least get a fan or new room and never followed up during our entire stay. Do not recommend staying here. Pool was also not available during our stay. Bathrooms are poorly designed and the bathroom floors are wet after showering. Parking was a nightmare and hard to find any...
