"Just had a week at the Scandic Park hotel. Very well located next to a large park with a lake and multiple play parks. Travelled as a family of four with a 9yr old and 7yr old, took us about 15mins to walk from the hotel to the central railway station (avoiding the playparks!).
Breakfast was plentyful with something for everyone, hot items stayed hot and the coffee was strong, good start to the day.

"Excellent, cost effective place to stay in Rovaniemi. This was a fraction of the cost of staying near Santa Claus Village, and only a 10-15 minute drive away. We have a 6 year old and this place was just perfect for us. It was great having a water park, bowling alley, and kids play area all in the same building, and we loved being able to head right outside for cross country skiing. Plus we really liked the grill restaurant for a cheap but crowd pleasing dinner. Couldn’t recommend this...

"We (myself, husband, 7 and 4 year olds) stayed for 2 nights at the Holiday Club in December 2022. The hotel was welcoming and well presented in reception areas. We were in a room in the main building which was a king size bed and sofa bed for the kids. It was fine but a bit tight for space with us all in with luggage!
We all enjoyed the
pool and the location being in the middle of the village. We also enjoyed that the hotel is kept pleasantly warm, but not over hot, as part of the 1 degree...
