"Our overall stay was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I would especially like to thank the reception team for assisting us in sending our cabin bag to the airport after we realized we had left it at the hotel—this was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent: the airport is only an 8-minute drive away, and Santa Claus Village is just a 7–10 minute walk. "Loved the location of this hotel! Close to everything, shops, food, ice skating rink in city center, and The Angry Birds park (haha) the kids loved going there and sledding down the hill! Also the buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The best I’ve ever had. Such a delicious selection of foods and most of it gluten free! Rovaniemi was such a safe haven for being celiac. Rooms were lovely and nicely cleaned. Shower was on the small side but I didn’t mind. Would recommend!"
