"Pros: Excellent location, right on Gran via. Easily walkable to sights. Lots of food options nearby and there are starbucks everywhere. Food market is less than .5 miles. The staff are friendly. My husband and I even got 2 free tickets to the palace. Room is big enough for two and I like that there are a lot of drawers. Cons: The room is kinda dark. The shower has a great rain shower, but there was a drainage issue. The shower floor seems to slope away from the drain creating a puddle of water....
