The staff are very kind and pleasant. There is are a few Italian and pizza options only one to two minutes walk. The breakfast was 13 $ and excellent. Room was modern and clean / fresh. Shower with nice hot water. I arrived around 11:00 pm and was glad to have food conveniently a short distance away. I also noticed there were a few people having late drinks near he bar. Lovely hotel. Thank you

Everything during our stay was really good. The shuttle to the airport was great and on time both ways. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was good with very comfortable beds but not sure the air conditioning was the best but we did not need much due to the fall weather. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

Arrived late and had an early flight. Decided to eat in hotel restaurant. Had hamburger with fries and it was delicious. They had Heinz ketchup too! Room was clean and quiet. Took the 5am free shuttle to the airport; it was on time and the driver was very nice. All staff in the hotel were also very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast until 11am with fresh squeezed orange juice and lots of options. The room with bunk beds was good for our kids. Nice staff.

We stayed here for one night before our flight out in the morning. It was perfect; clean, quiet, and the food in the restaurant was decent. The shuttle to the airport was included and was timely and fast. Staff was helpful and nice.
