"Primera Hacienda Hotel Boutique exceeded our expectations. The property, built in 1870, is very beautiful. The common spaces are nicely arranged and decorated. The rooms that we viewed were all clean and tastefully decorated and our room was very comfortable. The dining area is quite cozy and inviting. The included breakfasts were very good and filling. "First time here in Puerto Montt and I was anxious about where to stay. Once I saw there was a Courtyard by Marriott, I was relieved. It’s a nice property and my room overlooks the town with a view of the Pacific Ocean. It is clean and to be honest one of the nicest Courtyards I have visited. After a rather stressful series of business meetings in Santiago, this has been perfect."
