Good room. Big bathroom. Comfy bed. Carpet needs renewal. Friendly staff. Kettle in room with tea cups but no tea/coffee/milk. Bathroom amenities need to be in bulk. Only had shampoo and body lotion. No conditioner or shower gel.

The staff was distinguished and professional. Don’t hesitate to enjoy the swimming pool with a panoramic view on Providencia located on the top floor. And above all : don’t miss the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner located at ground floor : delicious ceviche, salmon tataki, very good roasted chicken with home-made French fries, at a very affordable price, considering the prices in Santiago. I highly recommend this hotel.
