"The location was excellent. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. They even tried to help us with our problem of delayed baggage at the airport. They didn’t have to. The room was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good. It was useful having the bar open when you got back to the hotel late in the evening. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Santiago."

"Very convenient if you have to stay near the Santiago Airport. Everything is of a high standard as you would expect for the price.very comfortable rooms, coffees maker, iron etc, There is a small supermarket just across the road in the domestic terminal if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. I especially like the pool and and the sauna though the opening times are absurdly restricted. There are some nice outdoor areas to sit in by the pol and by the restaurant."

"Staff are very attentive and helpful but not in your face, they provide wine and sparkling in the library at no cost. Great location and the building is superbly renovated but has not lost its charm. Plan to visit again"
