The hotel location is excellent. The AC is very loud, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast buffet is quite limited.

Good location, clean, safe and quiet room, I was basically satisfied with this hotel. Amenities and the way they do housekeeping were different (not so perfect) from what we expect in the US, but I experienced no real inconvenience. Overall, again I was satisfied with the stay.

Location, breakfast and room were awesome!

I loved the location of this hotel, the breakfast buffet and the room I booked. I totally recommend the King suite. It's big, classy and quiet. Overall, everything is very clean. Omg, the breakfast is wonderful with very nice views of the city. Several relatives came to have dinner or lunch with me during my stay. The restaurant offers a really good menu at reasonable prices. We all had a great time. But no place is perfect. The gym gets too warm. It needs better air circulation. I didn't take a swim in the pool, but looked fantastic with, again, nice views of Las Condes. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great apartment, not so great bed

It’s a wonderful apartment. Well-kept. Amazing restaurant upstairs. My only complaint is how hard and uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. The sheets felt like plastic. I hardly slept the one night I was there.

Main reason for booking was the pool which was open and warm and great for kids. View from the top was spectacular. The room was very big with a separate living area although the TV was in the bedroom not the living room side. Breakfast was fairly good although more hot food options would have been good. good location, walkable to Costenera Center mall. The whole hotel feels a bit like a bankers hotel in the financial district but was fine. shower wasn't great. Beds were very comfy and room was warm

Decepcionada

A limpeza é precária, mas as camareiras são atenciosas. O hotel é antigo com reformas pontuais. Apenas a entrada e a fachada são bonitas. Não tem elevador de serviço. Funcionários descendo e subindo com cama dentro do elevador junto com os hospedes. Acabamento dos quartos é precário. Paredes sujas, acabamento do chão gasto. O vaso sanitário estava entupido quando chegamos, mas solicitamos a manutenção é foi feita. O colchão é muito ruim. Ainda bem que foram só 5 noites, mas ainda estou com o ombro dolorido, pois o colchão afundava em alguns pontos. A piscina não é aquecida, não estava aquecida em nenhum dos dias que estivemos hospedados. Café da manhã regular. Não entrega as 5 estrelas. No máximo 3 estrelas. Eu e minha família não voltamos mais e não recomendo.

Quarto muito amplo e lindo, de muito bom gosto, porém a cama não eram Queem e sim tamanho casal e nos sentimos um pouco apertados para dormir. Excelente café da manhã. Localização imbativel. Fomos a pé para o shopping e em varios restaurantes.
