"Everything was excellent except there was no hot water in the shower, which seems ridiculous for such a nice hotel. I would have been happy if the water in the shower of my room would have been half as hot as the water in the jacuzzi. "

"This is by far the best value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perhaps one of the best in Santiago. It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Santiago."

"Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars."
