"Upon check in I informed staff we had our service dog staying with us. They said no problem since I had already called in advance to let them know. Upon check out I was told I would be charged $100 for my service dog, as I didn’t sign the paperwork. I was also told that we did not adhere to the rules but we were never given any information on this when we checked in. I wasn’t given any forms to sign at check in. I felt that this was very dishonest of them. Also it claims to be a non smoking hotel but each evening the elevator smelled so badly of weed it was unbearable. I had young children with me so this was also very concerning and they noted the smell too which was upsetting. The rooms were just ok nothing special. The bathroom set up is kinda weird with the sink in the hallway. And a frosted sliding door. So if anyone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night or in the morning the light wakes everyone up. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again because of the additional charges they added on and the excessive smell of weed. We also checked out a day early. "

"Everything was good except the last night 5-7.the night front desk girl was to distracted on her phone. She messed up everything she was asked for. Two girls were complaining they never received their towels. I asked for a roll of toilet paper. And someone showed up at my door with pillows and sheets. Never received the toilet paper. Train people better!! "

"The hotel was nice. Clean and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and clean. Parking was free. That was a bug plus. The only thing was the $17 breakfast. It wasn't that good. "
