The room is very nice with a view to the pool. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The Bayliner Diner could improve in terms of the quality of food. Theres a Starbucks on site so that was greatly appreciated.

I love the retro vibe of the resort. The location is very convenient; located within walking distance using the walking pathway to City walk. Having volcano bay 2 minutes away was a bonus. The buses run regularly without much of a wait.

If you’re planning to bowl or eat in the blowing area definitely reserve early as there are only a few tables. Outside area was great by the water slide. Many activity areas for the kids. Rooms could use some updates but overall a great time. Buses were quick to the theme parks.
