While the hotel is being renovated, the staff did a great job of making us feel comfortable. You can tell once the renovation is complete and they’ve added all the amenities. It’s going to be a great place to stay if you’re going to Universal.

Staff is friendly and Our room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view was nice from the 10th floor.. But when we got there they seem to be expanding the lobby and adding a couple new things so there was a bit of construction but besides that it was a nice stay . Also the hotel is connected to a TGI Friday’s and the food is pretty good. Also walking distance to universal and the premium outlets 👍

Double Bed Room was "remodeled"; how ever, middle of the night 2am, toilet did not work, there was no water; like if it had been turned off, had to request a change of room. Parking very expensive but, convenient location if you are going to Universal Studios.

The check in process was extremely easy and the staff were so helpful with any questions I had. The shuttle buses made it so easy to get to and from the park. I will definitely be staying here for all my future universal studios visits.

Very recommend it, Everything is fine, clean and very comfortable. Just Let you know to fix it, The toilet paper holder is broken and the shower handle is loose and the shower water standing, doesn’t go down fast.
