"The staff and the restaurant, Tamara were great. We had a good stay up until the last night when there was a party at KaLa. The other people who stayed on the top floor were obnoxious, loud, and kept slamming doors late into the night. Overall the property was good but the shuttle from the hotel to Universal was sad. The bar in the pool area was a nuisance. Families and quiet couples are better off staying at the Universal properties like Surfside and Dockside. "

"You have to paid $20 extra fee for day after you paid the room this is my first time I see that"

"Front desk staff was great. Cleaning staff, not so much. Computer system was down. And they would not assist the front desk staff in determining rooms that were available for our reservation. Had to wait over an hour to finally get checked in. Only because one of the front desk staff took it upon herself to physically check rooms that might be available. Based on the attitude and lack of cooler from the cleaning staff, including the supervisor, their ability to keep their jobs should be questioned. They completely forgot that they have jobs because guests stay at their hotel. And, the cleanliness of our room once we finally got one, was below par."

"Our stay was great all around from the staff, rooms and amenities. The 2 room suite was a great fit for our family of 6. We will definitely stay there again."

"Bed frames could use an update, but otherwise excellent hotel. This is not a resort and should not have a resort fee."

"The pool was so nice and relaxing the breakfast was delicious and the rooms are so nice and roomy ,the staff was very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely stay again when visiting Orlando . "

"Clean room. Parking. Pero falta un letrero para poder identificarlo más fácil y por lo menos una máquina para comprar bebidas y papitas. Pero todo excelente y muy limpio! Cada vez que llegábamos de un parque, teníamos cama y baño con toallas y sábanas nuevas."
