We were so happy to get to our room after our cruise and day at Universal. THe property was neat and very clean and the room was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone not interested in the ridiculous Disney prices. It was so close to Epic and Universal and we are so glad we stayed here. Very clean and well maintained. The buffet was amazing with all kinds of goodies as well.

Hyatt House was hands down one of the best hotel experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, the service was next level and every detail felt luxurious without losing that warm, welcoming feel. The rooms were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff truly made us feel taken care of the entire stay. Between the amazing food and overall experience, this is definitely a place we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best hotels and vacations we’ve experienced.

Staff were really helpful. There is also an authorised ticket counter at the hotel where you buy tickets to all attractions and they were usually cheaper than getting it online. The hotel is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Didn’t get to use the pool, but we will definitely stay here again.
