"Dawneth was great. She offered friendly prompt service. She went above and beyond and upgraded our stay, which was much appreciated! The ease of breakfast and the shuttle were perks to our visit as well. Staff were always friendly and willing to offer any assistance when needed. We would definitely look to book in the future. "Great shrimp tacos and chicken tenders, family enjoyed their quesadillas too. Stayed in Americana building 6 with Volcano Bay view, beautiful and clean. Facilities gates were hard to open with hotel key, family could not get several gates open throughout stay which was frustrating. Others also having issues. Walking path to city walk convenient. Housekeeping came every other day to just make beds and give more towels and coffee. Didn’t get more wash cloths second time they came. Poolside great, lots of towels too out there and chairs. "

"The desk clerk Mario was very attentive and polite, and all the rest of the staff were very nice. The room was very clean, and what I like the most was the blanket was a fluffy, white comforter, and not like the normal burlap bag blankets they give you at other hotels.
