Room was ok had a not so nice smell not sure what it was… dead bugs on the floor and the toilet seat was dirty!! Just wasn’t what we expected. We have stayed at several hotels in the area around the same price point that were much nicer. We travel to Orlando often we live in North Florida and frequent Disney Parks unfortunately this one is now off the list to stay at.

Lo unico que podemos decir que es bueno, es la recepcion, muy amable y profesional, pero en la habitacion, la ropa de cama sucia, el piso sucio y humedo areas con el agua estancada, lo peor que hemos visto en un hotel en estados unidos, reservamos para tres personas y solo tenian 2 toallas personales.

Stayed at this property with my family for 3 nights. Very good location! You can walk to Universal in about 30 min approximately 1 mile. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Walgreens around the corner for last minute items you may need or have forgotten to pack. Rooms are basic but are fine for short stays. They have a microwave, mini fridge, desk, wardrobe. Lots of hot water for showers and good pressure. First room given to us was smelly but also A/C didn't work, therefore no airflow to clear out the smell. Went to front desk and they changed our room without issue. Second room was just fine. The days we were there it was very humid and major thunderstorms every day So the room was cool but a little damp all the time. It's a motel style hotel. Basic breakfast included. Coffee, juice, cereal, muffins, apples, make your own waffles. Other hotels don't include any breakfast, so it saved us a little. Outdoor pool was clean and many used it I would stay here again, as we don't spend much time on hotel properties and only need a clean place to sleep.

Worst experience I ever had. The room was dirty. The beds look bed bug infested and rotted. The room phone did not work at all. Used dirty towels on bathroom floor. I witnessed a drug transaction on property. Elevators floors were dirty and seem like someone urine in it. I had to go back and check out and was not granted my refund because I booked thru Expedia ( third party). It were more people checking out of hotel as well. Do not book with them ever you definitely will regret it. Worst experience ever.

This was the worst experience I ever had. The first room I got, had dirty sheets with hair all over the place and makeup on the pillows, the bathroom was with trash, and the fridge with old food. The smell was terriblee Then I got another room and when I went to check the pillow was full of harmful mold I didn't want to spend a single second at that place anymore
