The staff is always friendly the place is always clean throughout the pool could have used a little cleaning but it was okay breakfast was all right that's more comfortable but pillows like most motels could be thicker more comfortable seems to be a common problem with most motels the location was probably the most best thing about this place if motels had a little kettle area where they could keep the dogs that would be so awesome that would be a big seller

Excellent location to parks and shopping. The hotel and the staff were excellent. The Room was extremely clean, spacious. Bathroom was also very clean. They gluten free items available on request for breakfast.

I wasnt expecting much from this hotel but l was pleasantly surprised and glad that l chose it.The breakfast was so good and the housekeeping was amazing also staff was very friendly and warm especially kayla at the front desk.l would highly recommend.

The property was perfect less than a ten minute drive from Universal Studios, it was also in walking distance from the Orlando outlets and around a lot of good options. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, a breakfast buffet was also included. The room was perfect it was clean and the added mini kitchen within the room was perfect. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

By far, this was the quietest cleanest nicest hotel we've ever stayed at in Orlando.... Staff always greeted us with a smile when coming in and saying hello. Always asking if we needed anything... Breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful cleaning constantly.... Would definitely stay here again when returning to Orlando. Highly highly recommend...🙂

I only noticed after using a coffee cup, which I thought it was because of the coffee cup but it was due to the gallon after looking inside of it.

Very clean spacious room, near shopping mall and Universal theme Parks. Unfortunately there is an additional fee for parking, I did not see any security in the premises. Did see several cameras in the parking area. If you arrive after 3AM (during HHN nights) be advised you may need to park towards the back of the facility. Mc D’s is across the parking lot and Taco bell is around the corner, 7 - Eleven a block down the street. Overall great location, good place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience. Cooking is allowed and pots and utensils provided. The location is also central and very close to shopping malls, attraction/fun activities and food. Even if you are a solo traveler or you do not have a car or plan to spend a lot on transportation. You can literally walk to so many places. Orlando Marketplace is across the street and there is another mall behind that and Orlando Premium outlet is about five minutes walk. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. I stayed 7 night and room service came every other day to clean.
