I wasnt expecting much from this hotel but l was pleasantly surprised and glad that l chose it.The breakfast was so good and the housekeeping was amazing also staff was very friendly and warm especially kayla at the front desk.l would highly recommend.

The property was perfect less than a ten minute drive from Universal Studios, it was also in walking distance from the Orlando outlets and around a lot of good options. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, a breakfast buffet was also included. The room was perfect it was clean and the added mini kitchen within the room was perfect. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

By far, this was the quietest cleanest nicest hotel we've ever stayed at in Orlando.... Staff always greeted us with a smile when coming in and saying hello. Always asking if we needed anything... Breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful cleaning constantly.... Would definitely stay here again when returning to Orlando. Highly highly recommend...🙂

Very clean spacious room, near shopping mall and Universal theme Parks. Unfortunately there is an additional fee for parking, I did not see any security in the premises. Did see several cameras in the parking area. If you arrive after 3AM (during HHN nights) be advised you may need to park towards the back of the facility. Mc D’s is across the parking lot and Taco bell is around the corner, 7 - Eleven a block down the street. Overall great location, good place to stay.

Nice front desk staff who offered us an early check-in since we arrived way too early than the checking-in time, clean room, great housekeeping, value for money, great 3-hour breakfast period. The room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is the shower, no matter what you do you get water all over the floor because the shower head sprays too far past the glass. Also the fridge in my room was leaking on the top shelf so we couldn’t use the top shelf unless we wanted everything covered in water. Otherwise 10/10. It was so close to everything, staff were great!

The hotel needs to work in several areas the pool needs more maintenance, the breakfast area needs a new toaster, and needs new equipment to warm up the food the eggs were very cold for breakfast, bathroom had cracked wall and bathroom sink had a crack in it. The check in staff are all very nice and helpful.

Room was clean and so were the lobby and elevators. The hallways smelled a bit musty on the 3rd floor, not sure why. Breakfast is included which is nice but the eggs were not too appetizing. Tea and coffee bar was not always completely stocked. Otherwise, I would recommend staying there as the pricing was good and location was very convenient
