"Very close to USJ. The staff has service mind."

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to Kansai Airport and Rinku town premium outlet, as well as train station. Facilities are nice and clean. Big parking lot, in case you drive here. Breakfast offers variety of food which we enjoyed very much. "

"I always stay here when I am in Nara. It is right next to the train station so it makes it a walk to get to the main sights but it is awesome you don’t have to carry your luggage far. The spa is great, they have washing machines, the breakfast is amazing, it is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the elevators/guest ratio is good, and it is quiet. Only thing I hate is the light in the entry way is motion detecting…every time you go to the bathroom, it turns on!"

"Decent location for Osaka a bit of a walk away from Dotonburi but I think that area is too crowded"

"Ok"

"The first mistake we made was using the wrong elevator. We knew that the hotel lobby was on the 19th floor, but we didn't know that the hotel's dedicated elevators were on the 1st floor and we were on the 2nd floor. So make sure you use access the hotel from the 1st floor elevators near the hotel's restaurant, otherwise you'll compete with the shoppers and diners using the elevators for Lucua which are located just a few feet away. It's very confusing. Once you figure the elevator thing out,...
