Enjoyed my brief stay here. The rooms are pretty simple, with all the expected amenities. The breakfast buffet is good, and I appreciate the always-available free coffee. Great hotel for tourists, and I imagine it is for business travelers as well. It’s literally next door to a subway station, which is super convenient for sightseeing and other excursions.

Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy.

The rooms are very nice with a walk in shower and full Japanese bath (for those who choose it) it's right next to the metro which is convenient. The area itself is a business area but there are some nice choices to eat.

this accomodation was our favourite during our 3 week trip to Japan. we were amazed by how nice our stay was, the inside was immaculate and kept clean and the staff were so friendly our entire stay. Our room was so spacious compared to all our other stays it was definitely worth upgrading to the bigger room as we had so much room and in the bathroom with the shower as well. location was also very convenient with the entry for the train station being right next door. could not recommend this place enough for anyone looking for somewhere in Osaka!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
