Clean, useful, tiny room. Staff is very kind and helpful. Close to main train stations and malls. Hotel is on major avenue, night time is loud with cars and sirens.

Great location. Very comfortable and modern. Laundry was chaotic and always had to wait. The layout of our room felt very tight, but we are a family of 5. It had 2 bunks and a twin. Perfect for sleeping just not for getting ready. The drink bar is open wierd hours. Like 4pm midnight. Not sure why there is no coffee in the morning, but still enjoyed our stay. Will stay again

Staff was great. Wifi perfect. The only thing is that the dryers do not work well. Only use them if an absolute necessity. It takes at least 3 cycles to dry clothes and you dont want to do that because other guests will be very annoyed. Other than that experience was great!

We stayed here for 2 nights. I do like the rustic look to it, and that we were fairly close to Dontobori, about a 15 min walk, maybe less. It’s also not too far from the station, about a 6min walk. The rooms are tiny, so just be mindful. There was 4 of us, 2 couples so we got the double premier room. The bed was comfy, however the pillow was not, they had little plastic balls in it, I’m not sure if that’s a thing for posture sleeping but we all 4 woke up with sore necks. Konbini stores are so close by, you have a family mart and a 7eleven as well. For the price we paid, its not bad, if you are in a budget it works perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient and close to everything, and the room was a great value for the price. However, we did find several black hairs on our bed during our stay, and as two blonde girls, we knew they weren’t ours. The beds and pillows were quite firm, so sleeping may be a little rough if you’re not used to that. The wifi was also fairly slow on our devices. We appreciated having laundry facilities available, but even after running the dryer for 4 30-minute paid cycles, our clothes still weren’t fully dry. Despite these issues, we had a nice stay overall and really enjoyed the location.

The room was just okay compared to some other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Has more of a hostel type feel to it. It was definitely a bonus to have 5 beds in our room so that we only needed to book one room, but it was a bit squishy. Check in is done digitally right at check in time. Hotel staff was extremely helpful to us as they shipped a package to our next hotel for us of a stuffed animal that we had accidentally left behind. Extremely thankful for that!

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We really appreciated the complimentary drinks, which were a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. The free washing machines were also a huge plus, and we thought it was perfectly reasonable that the dryers required a small fee. The facilities were good and had everything we needed, but the best part was definitely the location. It was extremely convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the city. The only downside was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows were quite firm, which made it a little difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, especially because of its excellent location and friendly staff.

This hotel was in a good location, a short safe walk to Namba area. The staff were helpful in shipping a forgotten item to our next hotel. The beds and pillows were much much firmer than our preference. Nice and clean hotel. Appreciated the laundry facilities.

This hotel is in a great location, we found out it was just a short 8 minute walk to the popular areas. Very clean and we felt safe at all times. The downside there is a step up to the bathroom and the beds are rock solid with these little pebbles in the pillows. It is bunk bed set up so if you have mobility issues ask for a handicap room. They have happy hour with coffee, hot chocolate and other drinks we found that a nice touch and we hung out in the lobby a lot that was cool to get a break while everyone in your group gets ready for the day.
