We stayed in a suite. The hotel room was huge and had a lot of space for four travelers and all your luggage. The staff were great. The buffet had something for everyone to eat. There is an Nespresso in the room, which was greatly appreciated. And the rooms were super clean and an amazing shower.

The hotel is located in the central business area and very close to shopping area with a lot of dining options. The hotel offers free breakfast, which is really nice. It did get very busy early in the morning because of business travelers and tourists who needs to finish their breakfast before certain time. It is much more relaxed after 8:30-9:00. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect , just cross the street and after a block you are at a shopping dome all the way to Shinshaibashi and Dotonbori. Lots of eateries and near subways.
