The room was spacious, the staff were amazing and provided excellent service and all that for a very reasonable price. The accommodation was only a 20 minute walk from Osaka Station. I highly recommend and will stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

Room is VERY small but that is true in general for all hotels in Japan. Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Even for Japanese hotels (I’ve stayed at a few at this point) they were extra small which is why it’s 4/5 Not a whole lot to do in the immediate area, and not close to tourist stuff but it is reasonably close to the subway and other attractions

Courteous staff all very helpful. Didnt use the laundry service but if i stayed there longer i wouldve used it. Rooms were spotless and clean. Towel deliver daily. Even though i didnt use them. It was a great stay and the location wasnt too bad either.

Perfect base for a single person who wants no frills - close to 3 subway lines, far enough from Dotonbori to be quiet, but several restaurants open on its street late into the night. Very friendly staff, too - the place has that fresh, new hotel look. This hotel is an undervalued gem!

Brand new and well-located. Double rooms are compact but functional. Stayed 6 nights - staff are friendly and helpful. Honmachi connects to 3 subway lines and izakayas next door are great and foreigner friendly. Excellent value for solo stays.

Clean room, though tiny. Much of the service is self help besides check-in. An older staff member spoke very little English, but used a translation device and my little Japanese to help us transfer luggage. For the price it's a good value of you just want a place to sleep and feel safe.

The room is quite compact but due to the recent renovation it's super clean. We mostly explored the city during the day and came back to the hotel to crash so it was a perfectly fine room for us!

Nice clean room. Bathroom is standard size for small Japanese hotel. Though appropriate size for just a single person. Staff was very nice. Check in and check out was easy. They do allow for baggage storage if you’re arriving early or heading out for the day. They have a whole array of toiletries and what not in the lobby by the elevators. There is also a laundry room. Overall, great budget stay.

Acceptable given price and location

Location is superb, with lots of restaurants nearby and near metro stations. Room is small, but given the price it may be acceptable. It is a hotel with a LOT of rooms, and there are only three elevators. So the wait can be long during busy hours. So is the laundry room.

The hotel is really easy to get to. Hommachi station is nearby and most places are walkable from there. You can also take the train of course and it is very convenient. Good food can be found in the area. My room was fairly quiet and it was very clean and comfortable. Size is small but just nice for me. Bathroom was also small but also works for me. I particularly like the light colours they use for the room so the room looks bright. Amenities are at the lift lobby area on the ground floor. Pajamas are located in the lift lobby of each floor. There is also a newly opened Lawson at the ground floor of the hotel for you to be able to pick up snacks and drinks. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is great - they kept my room really clean and neat throughout my stay. Front desk staff always greeting as well whenever I see them. Overall was a very nice experience staying at Brackets and will stay here again. Tip: Use Exit 18 with the elevator at Hommachi Station if you have luggage. That’s the nearest to the hotel.
