"Very comfortable and very helpful staff. There was a mix-up over payment, but the manager sorted it out within ten minutes. The room was perfect, good sized bathroom and spotless. Met up with friends for a reunion and everyone left smiling and happy. Will stay again at the next reunion."
"We had a lovely stay, sadly we didn't have long enough but next time we will make sure we have plenty of time to enjoy the facilities available for longer.
on arrival there is plenty for kids, a big tv in reception with bean bags, plenty of arcades, animal theme throughout.
The food albeit expensive was very good, the breakfast included with the stay was excellent, so much choice and to watch the giraffes have their breakfast whilst we ate ours was truly magical!"

"All good. Had room upgrade. Room was a good distance but was large and comfortable. Bed was around 4feet off the ground in our room called William but was very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful. Had one small issue which was we were not allowed in the garden area to have drinks early evening although we did order some popcorn cauliflower. We were asked to go in a small area outside. It was very early and very quiet so couldn’t agree it was right to not allow us in the lovely garden...

"The receptionist was amazing absolutely lovely lady no hassle check in greated with a big smile hotel was clean smelt fresh no issues at all 10/10 would recommend staying here."
"I was absolutely delighted with the bed. It was incredibly comfortable and the comforter was excellent. Pillows weren’t great and there were no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. Breakfast was typical hotel food. "
